• A normal session in an infrared cabin lasts 20 – 30 minutes.
• You can increase the time as you get more experience.
• It is best to let your body decide and avoid excess.
• Experienced people can remain in the cabin for up to 40 minutes, depending, of course, on the set temperature, and so burn up to 1500 calories.
