My husband and I have been wanting a sauna for many years now. We looked online at various different options but found it quite confusing. We then spoke to Ian Groom from Sauna King on the phone, who invited us to his showroom to discuss the different models in depth.
We agreed on the sauna we needed within 15 minutes of arriving at the showroom, and we ended up spending considerably less money than I had expected. Thousands less than some of the saunas we saw online in fact.
Ian then delivered and built the sauna a few days later, and gave us all the help we needed to understand it’s operation.
Ian is just the loveliest man, and he is so helpful and friendly. Such a pleasure to do business with.
The sauna itself is brilliant. After my first sauna I knew we had made the right decision and wished we’d purchased it sooner. The smell of the wood is amazing, I feel like I’m in a far away retreat every time I enter the sauna. I love the little details, like a drink/phone holder that flips up, and the bluetooth audio system. The colour changing lighting is also terrific.
Do yourself a favour and go and speak to Ian. He’ll treat you like family and look after you better than anyone else.
