“My husband and I purchased a 3 person sauna from The Sauna King in 2006 and since that time we have enjoyed using it regularly. I love having a sauna when I’m feeling tired or stressed – it completely relaxes and refreshes me. My husband uses it at least twice a week for health and relaxation. “I just want to say “Thanks” again for the great service that we received from Sauna King company and from a proprietor Ian Groom in particular.

Prior to purchasing infrared sauna from your company I had a quite bad experience dealing with the builder that collected from us all the money for our home renovation including a full amount for a new infrared sauna. He then disappeared with all of our money. Having lost quite a lot we were still in a position to get infrared sauna that because we knew about all the benefits of this type of sauna. Ian has been very cooperative and understanding and unbelievably patient when he had to reply on a large number of my emails with the requests for more and more details.

We have finally struck a deal and our sauna arrived within 2 or 3 working days only. It took just about 20 minutes to assemble all the panels and then another 1h-1.5h to get all electrical devices to work (sauna arrived with DVD and HDTV screen). We have even customised a sauna getting a set top box connected to enable HDTV to receive the free TV channels signals. We enjoy our infrared sauna very much and want to stress again all our appreciation for an excellent service that we received from Sauna King and it’s proprietor Ian Groom.
