My husband and I have been wanting a sauna for many years now. We looked online at various different options but found it quite confusing. We then spoke to Ian Groom from Sauna King on the phone, who invited us to his showroom to discuss the different models in depth. We agreed on the sauna we needed within 15 minutes of arriving at the showroom, and we ended up spending considerably less money than I had expected. Thousands less than some of the saunas we saw online infact. Ian then delivered and built the sauna a few days later, and gave us all the help we needed to understand it's operation. Ian is just the loveliest man, and he is so helpful and friendly. Such a pleasure to do business with. The sauna itself is brilliant. After my first sauna I knew we had made the right decision and wished we'd purchased it sooner. The smell of the wood is amazing, I feel like I'm in a far away retreat every time I enter the sauna. I love the little details, like a drink/phone holder that flips up, and the bluetooth audio system. The colour changing lighting is also terrific. Do yourself a favour and go and speak to Ian. I was in the market for an IR Sauna, I wanted to buy local so I could have support if I needed. I came across Sauna King and gave Ian a call. He has exceptional knowledge from his many years of experience in the Sauna Industry. Prior to installation we tried an infra red sauna while on holiday in Europe and were disappointed with the number of panels/heat produced by this. With the sauna King model we had many more panels and after heating up for about 45 mins we were very impressed by the amount of infra red heat produced for a ( selected ) 50C temperature . The unit came with bluetooth and preset radio stations and we have ben impressed with the quality . Communication with Ian was excellent and installation fuss free. I approached Ian from the Sauna King after a recommendation from a friend who purchased from him some years ago. I had the ambitious idea of surprising my wife for her birthday with a Sauna built into our upstairs walk in robe. “My husband and I purchased a 3 person sauna from The Sauna King in 2006 and since that time we have enjoyed using it regularly. I love having a sauna when I’m feeling tired or stressed – it completely relaxes and refreshes me. My husband uses it at least twice a week for health and relaxation. This is where he reads the paper on the weekend. Whenever I feel the beginnings of a cold or other illness the first thing I do is have a series of saunas and this usually knocks it on the head. In combination with my colon hydrotherapy business it is the perfect detoxification package. The only issue we have had in the 8 years since we bought the sauna is that one of the elements needed replacing, and this was promptly sorted by Ian. I would not hesitate in recommending infra-red saunas as a therapy or in recommending the Sauna King as a business.”

Having moved to Australia from Northern Europe I was quite keen to find a high-quality traditional sauna for my home. I have to say that I’m very impressed with the Sauna King Colorado model.
Ian had it shipped within a few days and at a fair price. It’s beautiful timber and was so easy to set up. In fact, I assembled it all by myself, as my partner was at work the day it arrived and I just couldn’t wait.

We bought a traditional self-assemble sauna from Ian at The Sauna King in 2020 and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product and the service that we received throughout. We researched a lot of options and the product that Ian was able to supply exceeded our expectations and was priced very well.
Ian was able to expertly answer all of our questions as we were selecting the right product for us, he kept us informed through the shipping and delivery process, and he provided us with excellent advice throughout the assembly. All of the components are excellent quality and the self-assembly process was straightforward because of how well everything was packaged and labelled.
