I cannot express enough how thrilled we are with the exceptional product and service provided by Sauna King. From the moment we went in to the showroom, we were met with professionalism and warmth that instantly put us at ease. Ian, the owner, is a true gem – friendly, trustworthy, and incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us through the entire process with patience and expertise, ensuring that every detail was perfect.
We had researched infra-red saunas extensively and decided the only option for us was going to be a built-in sauna (converted from a walk-in linen closet). After sales service was also a very important factor, as we needed to make sure that if servicing or parts are required, a local company could provide support.
We proposed the built-in concept to Ian and he came out to our house to measure up and provide a detailed quotation and drawings straight away. We decided to go straight ahead and about 6 weeks later we became the proud owners of our own built-in infrared sauna. Sauna King could have done it earlier but 6 weeks suited our family timing best. The carpenters that did the custom build and installation were extremely professional, fast and cleaned up everything. Ian and his team also communicated very clearly about what would be done, when, and they stuck to the schedule. The craftsmanship of our sauna is genuinely impeccable, and it’s clear that Ian and his team take great pride in delivering top-notch quality.
The sauna itself is just perfect and delivers perfect even heat and a deep sweat. I personally love the chromotherapy/LED lights that we added as an option and would highly recommend.
Overall, Ian went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and it’s evident that he genuinely cares about his clients.
In an industry where trust is paramount, we have full confidence in Sauna King. Ian’s integrity and professionalism set the standard for excellence, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sauna King to anyone in search of exceptional service and top-quality saunas.
Thank you, Ian for exceeding all expectations and for transforming our space into a sanctuary of comfort and luxury. We are beyond grateful for your expertise and exceptional service.
